The right Heckert solution for your production is not determined by the letter in the machine name. What matters is the requirement of your component: 4-axis or 5-axis machining, workpiece size, spindle concept, process reliability, and productivity.
H, S, or X? In short:
- The H Series is designed for productive 4-axis horizontal machining.
- The S Series offers powerful 5-axis solutions for large workpieces with pallet sizes from 1,000 to 1,800 mm.
- The X Series takes it one step further: the fifth axis is located on the workpiece side.
This creates greater freedom on the spindle side, and that is often where productivity is decided. When geometry, material, and machining strategy require a specific spindle, the Heckert X90 provides the flexibility you need.
